Why we exist
Face-first matching made dating fast but shallow. Filters, posed shots and verified visuals pushed people to judge before they truly looked. Swamor was designed to flip that: words first, faces later.
Anonymity isn't a hiding place; it's a starting line that removes the friction of opening up with intent. You can build a real connection without showing your face — and then, when you choose to, make that connection permanent.

Our profile design favors words over photos. Matching ranks interests, chat quality and intent.
Consent is deliberate.
The reveal is two-sided, irreversible and shared. Anything done in one tap requires two approvals.
Privacy is default.
All data is stored encrypted. We're fully KVKK and GDPR compliant. Face photos are never shared with third parties.

Three steps, one reveal
- 1. Start faceless. Build your profile, keep your photo blurred. Your character speaks first.
- 2. Meet the character. Words lead in chat, not faces. Share a moment with one-time media — save the real reveal for later.
- 3. Open up together. Both sides accept the reveal; faces unlock at the same time, for good.
Verifiable commitments
The items below are behaviors documented in our app and infrastructure and guaranteed in our legal texts — not marketing promises.
- KVKK compliance (Law No. 6698). Our KVKK Notice is published. Data subjects can exercise their 7 rights via the in-app form; requests are completed within 30 days.
- GDPR compliance. Users in the European Union have the same rights under GDPR; we identify as data controller.
- Encryption at rest. All user data and chat content is encrypted at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit.
- No third-party ad SDKs. Behavioral data is never sold or shared with the ad ecosystem.
- Face photo isolation. After the reveal, face photos stay within the two users' chat — never sent to any third party.
- 72-hour breach notification. Under the KVKK Authority's decision, any data breach is reported to the Authority and affected users within 72 hours of discovery.
