How do I create a Swamor account?

Download the app, sign in with Apple, Google or email, confirm your age, and write your character. You don't need to share a face photo — it stays blurred by default.

How do I edit my profile?

Profile tab → Edit. Update bio, interests, birthday and subscription state here.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Permanently delete my account. Under KVKK and GDPR, all your data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days.

Who sees my face photo?

Only the matched user, only after both of you accept the reveal. It is never sent to any third party under any condition.

Where do one-time photos and videos go?

They open once for the other person, then access closes. They are not retained on the server for tracking; if requested under KVKK, they are deleted.

Are there behavioral ads?

No. Swamor uses no third-party ad SDKs and does not sell behavioral data to ad ecosystems.

Matching and chat

Likes, anonymous chat, the mutual reveal flow, one-time media, limits.

How does mutual reveal work?

When both sides accept the "Show yourself" request, profile photos and names appear at the same time. The decision is irreversible and only applies to that match.

How do one-time photos and videos work?

When one-time mode is on in chat, the photos and videos you send disappear after the other person views them once — nothing is retained.

Are there like limits?

Free accounts get 10 daily likes. Swamor+ unlocks unlimited likes, Super-like, Rewind (5/day) and Boost.

How do I report a match?

Chat screen → … → Report. Reports are reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours.

Subscription and billing

Swamor+ plans, Boost, refunds and cancellation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in one tap from your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions section. Your Swamor+ access continues until the end of the term.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow Apple and Google's policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com — Google: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.

What's the difference between Boost and Swamor+?

Swamor+ is the subscription that unlocks all features. Boost is a one-time purchase that shows your profile to more people for 30 minutes. They are independent.

Is there a free trial?

First-time users get a 7-day Swamor+ trial. If you're eligible, it's applied automatically when you sign up.

Safety

How do I block someone?

Profile → … → Block. The blocked user can no longer match with you; past chats are deleted on both sides.

I suspect an underage user.

Profile → … → Report → Age violation. Swamor is 18+ and suspected age violations are prioritized.

What if someone asks for money?

Never send any. Report the behavior, block the user, and file a complaint with authorities if needed. Swamor reports scam attempts to law enforcement.

How do I exercise my KVKK rights?

Use the methods in the KVKK Notice or submit a request through the in-app form. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Can I report copyright infringement?

Yes. Email legal@swamor.com with the content link, your proof of ownership and contact details.
